Chad McMillan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Principle Scientist for Provectus Obses Cyber Solutions, Inc.  Mr. McMillan has over ten years of direct work experience in the field of information theory and computer science, to include a patent submission on sliding window entropy for the detection of malicious code. In addition, Mr. McMillan has presented at various conferences, to include the Black Hat Federal conference in the Washington, DC metro area. Mr. McMillan has worked in both the commercial sector and the government sector, supplying a unique set of combined skills in such areas as reverse engineering of undocumented data formats, reverse engineering of binary code, and anomaly detection.

Mr. McMillan spent 3 years working as a scientist for the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL) in Rome, NY prior to moving to the Washington, DC Metro Area.
